Leonard Otero, Operation Manager, grew up in the plumbing business; his father was the owner of Jimmy’s Plumbing in Los Lunas, NM.  Family of eleven siblings, six boys and five girls.  Jimmy taught his sons the trade and now most of the men are still working in the industry.  Leonard has over thirty years of experience in the constructions industry.

Cassandra Otero, Chief Executive Officer, has degrees in Business Management, extensive business experience, and certifications in purchasing and supply chain management.  She grew up in a much smaller house hold, two siblings and she is the middle child.
