I am very happy with JCL Plumbing. It is now just over a week before Christmas and, with family coming into town tomorrow, I was really worried about whether we would have water because of a leaky pipe! We were able to have plumbers come out on the next business day after I called.
Leon and Rei arrived within the window of time they were scheduled. I was shocked that they fixed the problem within an hour.
The plumbers were very polite and efficient. I thought the price was reasonable and we learned that they were hourly employees. I haven’t come across many plumbers who weren’t on commission. Hourly employees have no reason to try to up-charge you, and I like that.
Lastly, I want to say that we met the owner, Leonard, when he gave a talk for Do-it-Yourselfers at our local library. I was so impressed that he was teaching the audience how to fix some things on our own. I made a point of saving his card, and I feel certain that next time I need plumbing service, this company will be at the top of our list.
